Why does shipping take 2–3 weeks?
Each pair of Holy Grail Sneakers is produced in limited quantities and assembled in Portugal. Because of this process, please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery after your order is placed. We focus on quality and craftsmanship rather than mass production.
Are the sneakers limited?
Yes. All releases are produced in limited quantities, which means once a pair sells out it may not be restocked.
Sizing
How do the sneakers fit?
Holy Grail Sneakers are designed to fit true to size. We recommend ordering your normal sneaker size.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. This timeframe includes production, processing, and shipping from Portugal.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each release is produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
